A note from our founder
Through my early days of studying viticulture, before establishing and managing a vineyard, I developed an eagerness for sharing my love for wine with others.
I noticed many people had an interest in it but were too often put off by a lot of the pomp that surrounds it. This led me to establish A Matter of Taste, bringing wine to the wine curious, making it easier for people to shop for and drink wine with more confidence.
I believe the success of A Matter of Taste is in our approach. We strongly believe wine appreciation is a matter of preference or taste. We help you by demystifying wine jargon. We'll explain what you need to know when buying wine but most importantly we'll have a lot of fun in the process!
